Chelseas Top Tips To Kick Your Cigs But!

Giving up smoking is hard! Really hard! Just like a diet there are no easy solutions . . the key is will power. I never thought ide be able to give up because i have a pathetic amount of will power but what did it for me is a serious lack of money. My finance problem is not what im here to talk about but trust me its bad. I smoke tobacco which is a lot cheaper than pre rolled ones and i couldn't afford that. Anyway, that was my reason. Not to be healthy but lack of money! Your reason doesn't matter as long as you quit and when you do it feels really good!

For me i couldn't stop right away i took 5 days to cut down first and for me it helped no end! If you are looking to give up ide buy your last packet and when they are gone they are gone. If you can make that packet last a week that's fine just as long as its your last. Ok so my top 3 tips are as follows . .

1. Just try to cut down. When you want a cig think ok i CAN have one . . IF i wait half an hour. After that time have your cig or sometimes i found i thought to myself you know what i can probably last a little longer. This helps put even bigger gaps in-between smoking.

2. Dont smoke at times that you normally would! I always smoked first thing in the morning and after every meal . . When ever you would regully smoke . . dont. Leave it half an hour to an hour after these times then smoke. This will help break the association and you will really see the benefit when you come to completely give up!

3. Keep sugar free Polos on you at all times. (Sugar free because other wise your teeth will be fucked!) When you have a craving have a Polo. Go to the place you would smoke (back door, kitchen) and pop a Polo. Give your mouth something to do as you ride out the craving! It helps!

Giving up completely is horrific the first few days but after day 4 for me it got 100x better. There arnt many things to make it easier, you can try nicotine patches or the special chewing gum but its still going to be really hard and you wont be able to see the other side but please trust me it does get better! Yea i know i didnt believe anyone when they said it to me but im glad to be a week in to giving up and feeling good! Cutting down before is all i can say that truly helped me through those first few days of being smoke free!

Good luck! Let me know how you do!
